-5 Spiderman complex

A) Deadlift 3x5-8 – increase load/reps

B) Band Seated Leg Curls – Accumulate 50 reps in as few sets as possible

12 min AMRAP:

  • 3 Hang Power Cleans

  • 6 Front Squats

  • 9 DB Bent Over row

  • 12 Push ups
